Paul Harrison on crafting the Grade: It was great to work with DoP Richard Mott again to help create a look for the first season of this series. We aimed at a more cinematic feel rather than it feeling like TV, the emphasise was on the photography and lighting. By creating the mood through light and shade and not trying to force a look, I think we crafted a more natural feel.
Paul Harrison on crafting the grade: The look of the show was something Richard and I discussed beforehand, undertaking several lighting tests to achieve our look. Owen Hulme on working with the client to get the most out of the online: It was great working with ITV Studios again, providing cost and time effective solutions in online on this prestigious first series. We completed over 250 shots over the series including more than 50 VFX shots in quite tight turnaround time.
